About Us

We are group of 7 women. We have formed the foundation formed with the purpose of conducting activities to aid betterment of our environment, promote general well-being of humans and sponsor adult’s skill based training and helping in getting them employment opportunities.

Our Objective

Our objective is to carry on charitable activities in the field of Environmental, Well-being of humans, Educational, Employment generation, Medical, etc.

Environmental

Under this objective we will plant saplings of air purifying trees, ornamental trees, shade giving trees, trees which form a natural curtain, etc. along the highways, along roads, along lanes and by lanes, in open spaces, inside the housing societies etc. We will make and throw seed balls (comprising seeds of 4-5 plants) at various vacant or hard to reach plots of land in and around Mumbai/Pune/Lonavala. We will pursue these activities in the rainy season and follow it up with maintenance and upkeep of these saplings throughout the year.

Well-Being of Humans

We will conduct various organ donation sessions for residents of different housing societies, clubs, associations, forums in collaboration with ZTCC (Zonal Transplant Coordination Centre). We will create awareness on this issue so that people can pledge their organs after their death.

Educational & employment generation

We will sponsor fees or costs involved in conducting skill based training for adults or teens from destitute or poor families with the purpose of helping them to start making a livelihood in a meaningful way so that they can financially support their families. For this, we will closely work with trusts, orphanages, NGOs, etc, in identifying needy children and adults and working towards finding employment for them once they get trained in any skill.

Activities Done So Far

We have conducted the following activities in the last few months

Conducted 3 organ donation awareness camps for around 70 people in Great Eastern Gardens.
Planted around 300 saplings around Eastern Express Highway and in our Housing Society.
Threw around 500 seed balls along Eastern Express Highway and along the highway in Lonavala.
Sponsored 3 students for computer based skill training.
Sponsored 5 students for a course on facilities management.
